    • Point of contact twenty four hours a day.
    • Receive, record and dispatch calls for assistance.
    • Initiate, accumulate and maintain accurate records.
    • Issue parking decals.
    • Process and maintain traffic citations and records.
    • Initialize appropriate computer programs, input data and maintain administrative records.
    • Initialize and maintain departmental work orders.
    • Monitor the Emergency Management Systems alert notification.
    • Monitor building security.
