In an effort to insure compliance with respective Laws and Regulations, and to safeguard members of the Faculty, Staff, and the Student Body of Austin Peay, this document was prepared and adopted. Faculty, Staff, and Students are required to abide by the specifications set forth in this document. Individual organizations of the University may choose to adopt more stringent guidelines than those set forth in this document. In no instance can an individual organization adopt policies or procedures that are less stringent than those prescribed by this document.
