Abstract Submission Form

This form is to be used by student authors wishing to present a poster or exhibition, give an oral presentation, or perform at the Research and Creativity Forum April 17, 2015. 

Please read all directions carefully and follow the guidelines of the Abstract Template. Graduate students are eligible to present but not eligible for awards associated with any presentation category.

If the research was conducted/supervised in the department of the student's major, this field may be left blank. If the research was not conducted at APSU, please indicate the APSU department under which the research would be most relevant.
Please identify the APSU faculty member who assisted with the project. If the work was not performed at APSU, this field may be left blank.
**Students are limited to ONE presentation type only.** Posters, Oral Presentations, and Exhibitions will be presented concurrently on Friday, April 17, 2015.
Please select any supplemental requirements you will need for your presentation. All poster presentations will have a board and hanging equipment available. All oral presentations will have a laptop, projector, and screen available. For Exhibitions and Performances, please select "Other" and specify the amount of space required. You may record specific details in the Justification for Supplemental Requirements area.
Please provide a brief description of the use of the requested supplemental requirement(s). **Remember this is a request ONLY and not a guarantee of available resources.** Available supplemental equipment will be provided according to early submission and justification. Students will be notified prior to the event if their requests cannot be met.

Original research is a new study or research that builds on or expands an existing study.
*Preference will be given to completed original research projects.
