Our goal is to provide you with technical support and resources to make your time at Austin Peay a success. To reach Distance Education Support regarding D2L issues, please fill out the D2L Help Ticket through the link on the left. Our staff will contact you once they receive your ticket and provide you with the appropriate support. General technical support and who to contact about other D2L, OneStop, Email, and TN eCampus issues can be found under the second tab on the left.

On the left you will also see Faculty specific technical support, as well as Student specific technical support. Please visit your respective page to find information that relates specifically to your role at APSU. The Faculty Technical Support tab will provide faculty with information about course copy practices, as well as the D2L Instructor Course Copy Request Form, and the D2L Shell Request form.

The Student Technical Support tab will provide students with information about accessing courses, D2L Help videos, and D2L student training opportunities.
