D2L Access, D2L Questions, D2L Training & Usage
For technical support for D2L or multimedia in courses, please contact Distance Education Support. If necessary, your need will be escalated from our Tier 1 support to the appropriate staff member based on your needs. For issues pertaining to content or teaching and learning or quality of instruction, see the student handbook for appropriate channels.
For help with navigating, adding files, participating in discussion boards or other Desire2Learn functions within the learning management system, view the self-paced D2L tutorials or contact Distance Education Support. For access to in depth training, please ask to be enrolled in the D2L student training shell.
