The News section is located in the center of your Course Home. Your professor will post news and events in this section that will be available for all students to see.
1. Clicking this icon 
will bring up the RSS feed for the News section.
2. Clicking the newspaper icon
will bring up the News section in a new window, allowing you to edit which items are visible in your news feed.
Editing Your News Feed
After selecting the newspaper icon, you can edit your news feed.
1. To hide a news item, click on the “x”.
2. To restore an item, click on the blue circle.
