Change Password

To change your Desire2Learn password, you must reset your six digit Self-Service Pin.

1. Go to http://www.apsu.edu
2. Go to the A-Z index
3. Choose S
4. Choose Self-Service
5. You will then be at https://www.apsu.edu/secure/login
6. At the portal, type in your A number but leave the Pin blank
7. Click Forgot Pin

8. The next screen will ask you to answer your security question.

9.Answer the question then click Submit Answer

10. On the next screen you will type in a new six digit pin of your choice

11. You must enter your new pin again

12. Click Reset Pin

Please note that the same pin you use for Self-Service is also used for:

            OneStop

            Desire2Learn

            iTunes University

If the reset does not resolve your issue, please call 931-221-HELP and state that you need help with resetting your Self-Service Pin.
