TEAS Testing: McCord 336

Test Dates for April 2012  are the 20th, 21st, 23rd and 24th.

TEAS scores are valid for 2 consecutive application periods. We are now accepting ONLY TEAS version 5!

 If you are making application to the School of Nursing for Fall 2012 admission, the application will  be posted on the SON website March 1 along with the TEAS test dates.  If you are making applicaiton for Spring 2013, the application and TEAS test dates will not be released until June 15.

►Part of the application process is to complete the TEAS test and include the Individual Performance Profile page with your application.

►Preparation:  A study guide (you will be taking version 5 of the test) can be purchased through ATI at atitesting.com

This study guide can also be purchase through amazon.com. In addition, you can find Practice tests on Amazon listed under 'McGraw-Hills 5 TEAS Practice Tests'.

 

►TEAS test dates are April 20, 21 & 23.

►Registration reservations are done on a first come first serve basis.
An automatic appointment calendar will be used for registration. Appointments will not be made over the phone or via email.

DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS - If you require an accommodation it is your responsibility to arrange this through the Office of Disablities on campus at least 2 weeks in advance of your test date so that the accommodation may be arranged.

►PAYMENT:  Please bring a photo id and credit/debit card with you to the examination. Payment by cash/check is not accepted!
              (Test: $35 subject to change by ATI)

►Arrive at 7:00 for the morning test and 12:00 for the afternoon test on the date for which you registered for the test. (Campus map)

►Location: McCord 336

►Out of State Testing: If you reside out of state, you should email Russ Durand [russd@atitesting.com]  and request assistance for taking the test at a remote site .

►NO CALCULATORS are allowed (either your own or the one on the computer)
