TEAS Testing: McCord 336

►Part of the application process is to complete the TEAS test and include the Individual Performance Profile page with your application.

►Preparation:  A study guide (you will be taking version 5 of the test) can be purchased through ATI at atitesting.com .

►Dates for the TEAS test for April 2012 will be posted March 1.

►Registration reservations are done on a first come first serve basis.
An automatic appointment calendar will be used for registration. Appointments will not be made over the phone or via email.

►DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS - If you require an accommodation it is your responsibility to arrange this through the Office of Disablities on campus at least 2 weeks in advance of your test date so that the accommodation may be arranged.

►PAYMENT:  Please bring a photo id and credit/debit card with you to the examination. Payment by cash/check is not accepted!
              (Test: $35 subject to change by ATI)

►Arrive at 7:00 for the morning test and 12:00 for the afternoon test on the date for which you registered for the test. (Campus map)

►Out of State Testing: If you reside out of state, you should email Russ Durand [russd@atitesting.com]  and request assistance for taking the test at a remote site .

►NO CALCULATORS are allowed (either your own or the one on the computer)
