TEAS Testing: McCord 336

When do we test?

  • Spring (April): dates released on March 1
  • Fall (August): dates released on June 15

Do you have to take the test at APSU?

  • If you live in the state of Tennessee we expect you to test at APSU.
  • If you live out of state you may contact

    to request assistance for taking the test at a remote site.
  • ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY or SPOUSE of ADM and living out of state, should contact

    to request assistance for taking the test at a remote site.

TEAS scores are valid for 2 consecutive application periods. We are now accepting ONLY TEAS version 5!


Please read the following carefully!

►Part of the application process is to complete the TEAS test and include the Individual Performance Profile page with your application.

►Preparation: You are responsible for test preparation. No tutorial is offered through APSU. Suggested options are:

  •  Study guide (ATI TEAS version 5) -  can be purchased through amazon.com and  through ATI at atitesting.com . 
  • Online TEAS® Tutor:  designed to help you learn TEAS exam content to ensure you score your highest using an immersive e-learning approach (must have Internet enabled tablet, laptop or phone)

►Registration reservations are done on a first come first serve basis. 

An automatic appointment calendar will be used for registration - you will need to create an account if you have never made an appointment via this system. You must sign up using the link below. Appointments will not be made over the phone or via email.

►DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS - If you require an accommodation it is your responsibility to arrange this through the Office of Disabilities on campus at least 2 weeks in advance of your test date so that the accommodation may be arranged. You must schedule your test with the Office of Disabilities to begin at 8a.m. on one of the designated test dates.

►PAYMENT:  Please bring a photo id and credit/debit card with you to the examination. Payment by cash/check is not accepted!
              (Test: $35 subject to change by ATI)

►Arrive by 7:45 for the morning test  and 11:45 for the afternoon test on the date for which you registered for the test. (Campus map)

►Location: McCord 336

►NO CALCULATORS are allowed (either your own or the one on the computer)

►Test scores are valid for only 2 consecutive admission periods.
