Nontraditional Student Breakfasts

Each semester Student Life and Leadership will host monthly breakfasts for nontraditional students to come together, enjoy a meal, and receive information from a guest speaker.

Putting Him/Her Through Awards

Spring 2010

What are the PHT (Putting Him/Her Through) Awards? Nontraditional seniors will be able to recognize family members, teachers, advisors, friends, and others who have given them support that assisted them in reaching graduation. This support might have been in the form of encouragement, financial assistance, child care, personal sacrifice, or other tangible efforts to assist the student during the time they were enrolled at Austin Peay. If the nontraditional student’s nominee is selected to receive this honor, the student and their nominee will be given the opportunity to attend the banquet where the nominee will be awarded with the PHT Award in the Spring.

Spring 2010 Application Timeline
Friday, March 26     Applications Due to Student Life, UC 211 by 4:30 p.m.
Monday, April 5          Notifications to award winners will be sent out.
Friday, April 23        Award Banquet, 5-7 p.m., Iris Room
