More than 30 online classes slated for Fall
February 19, 2001
Thanks to cooperation by many faculty members, the University will offer more than two dozen online courses by Fall 2001. The courses include sociology, music, communication, math, geography, English, economics, computer science and criminal justice.
"The faculty has been just wonderful about taking courses they teach and turning them into online courses," says Dr. Stan Groppel, dean of extended and distance education.
Additional courses are scheduled to be "up and running" by Spring 2002.
