On Tuesday, Sept. 25 and Wednesday, Sept. 26, Melissa Lyons, APSU's wellness assistant, will conduct workshops to help participants find an exercise program that suits their goals and lifestyles-and stick with it.
Participants can expect to: Learn the components of fitness. Establish reasonable goals and design a plan to meet those goals. Hear about the avenues of fitness APSU has to offer, from weight training, to acquetball, to swimming. Attend a brief introduction to the equipment available.
Each workshop lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Space is limited and registration is required. To register for one of the available times and dates call the Intramural Office at 1242 and ask for Melissa Lyons, or email your registration to Melissa at email@example.com
