From 6-7:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 29, the Staff of the Clarksville/Montgomery County Public Library, the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the APSU Women's Studies Program and the Clarksville Branch of the American Association of University Women are co-sponsoring their third annual exhibit of books by or about women and girls.
The exhibit will be held in the Public Library and is open to the public. It is intended to highlight the contributions of particular women and girls or groups of women and girls.
Dessert will be served to the attendees, who can browse through the books and talk with exhibitors.
Anyone who has a favorite woman writer or is knowledgeable about a group of women and girls who have made contributions to society or to a particular cause and is interested in being an exhibitor should contact Dr. Jeanie Randall at 7212 or firstname.lastname@example.org
