Center of Excellence for Creative Arts offers arts tour to Russia

Austin Peay's Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts invites students and lovers of Russian history, culture and art to join in a tour of Russia's two landmark cities: Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The Arts Odyssey II “To Russia With Love” tour will run from June 26-July 7, 2003 in conjunction with EF Tours of Cambridge, Mass., one of the country's leading planners of educational tours.
In Moscow, participants will view the art treasures of the Kremlin; tour Red Square, the Tretyakov Gallery and the Pushkin Museum; take a cruise along the Moskva River and see a performance at the Bolshoi Theatre.
In St. Petersburg, participants will tour the Hermitage, the Peter and Paul Fortress, St. Isaac's Cathedral and view the city from a cruise boat on the Neva River. They also will have an opportunity to join with St. Petersburg as it celebrates its tri-centennial anniversary.
Registration forms can be obtained from the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts and should be returned with a $95 non-refundable deposit to EF Tours, One Education St., Cambridge, MA 02141.
Total cost including round-trip airfare to Nashville, transfers, overnight stays in hotels, continental breakfast, full daily dinners and full-time services of an EF tour director is $2,603 for students under the age of 25 and $2,928 for adults. Deadline for sign-up is Oct. 30.
