Accommodations

Dormatory:  Austin Peay State University offers dormatory accommodations for those attending the William Bennett Summer Flute Academy beginning on Sunday, June 23 and ending on Sunday, June 30.  The air-conditioned dorms feature suites with single rooms, two people per bathroom, internet, kitchenette, and are within close proximity to the Music building.  The fee for the week is $140 and reservations must be confirmed  with payment by June 1, 2013.  Those that plan to stay in the dorms will need to provide extra long twin sheets, a pillow, and towels.  These items can be provided for an additional $45.  

Hotels/Motels:  There are a number of hotels/motels near Austin Peay State University.  You will need to have a car if you choose this options.  

Meals

For $120, attendees may purchase a meal package that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner beginning Monday breakfast and concluding with Saturday lunch in the APSU Cafe.  (Saturday dinner is a Bar-B-Que which is included in your tuition.)  Breakfast is a full breakfast and lunch and dinner include salad bar and a vareity of hot plate options.

While on campus, attendees may purchase individual meals at the APSU Cafe or choose from a variety of other dining options on campus such as Einsteirn's Bagel, Subway, and Starbucks.  Clarksville also has a variety of fast food and full-service restaurants within a few minutes walk from campus.
