Dr. Gloria Frank
Professor Emeritus of Music
Gloria Frank, Professor Emeritusof Music, received a B.M. degree in Vocal Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music, a Master of Arts in Voice from the Texas Woman’s University and a Ph.D. in Music Education from the University of North Texas. She has had Kodaly training in Hungary and the U.S. Dr. Frank has lived and studied in the Middle East and traveled extensively. She has also conducted research in early childhood and elementary vocal music education.
Now in a post-retirement role, Dr. Frank teaches music appreciation for the department.
