Important Dates

Forms for projects requiring Scientific Review Committee (SRC) and/or Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval before experimentation can be submitted now to:

The SRC will meet monthly for preapprovals. The IRB will review submissions for preapproval as submitted.

All SRC and IRB preapprovals must be received no later than Jan. 18, 2013.

Project entry deadline with all applicable forms, Friday, Feb. 22, 2013.

MTSEF at Austin Peay State University, Morgan University Center, March 21-23, 2013

• Project Set-up: noon - 5:30 p.m., Thursday, March 21
• Students need to be at projects during judging: 6:30 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday
• "Best of Fair" judging:  Friday morning (by invitation only)
• Fair open to the public: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Friday, March 22
• Project tear-down: 9 - noon, Saturday, March 23

Award ceremony at Austin Peay State University, University Center
Monday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m.
