Forms for projects requiring SRC and/or  IRB approval before experimentation can be submitted now to:

The SRC will meet monthly for preapprovals. The monthly deadlines for submission are:  October 20, November 17, December 15, January 12. The IRB will review submissions for preapproval as submitted.

All SRC and IRB preapprovals must be received no later than Jan. 12, 2009.

Project entry deadline with all applicable forms, Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009.

MTSEF at Austin Peay State University, University Center March 19-21, 2009

• Project Set-up: noon - 5:30 p.m., Thursday, March 19
• Students need to be at projects during judging: 6:30 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday
• "Best of Fair" judging:  Friday morning
• Fair open to the public: 10 - 8 p.m., Friday, March 20
• Project tear-down: 9-12 a.m., Saturday, March 21
