Special Group Early Check in Request Form

Please note that August 12-14 the Residence Life staff will be out of the state for training purposes. No check ins will take place on these dates NOR will groups be allowed to pick up keys and paperwork for early check ins.

The Department of Housing/Residence Life and Dining Services recognizes that many departments and groups have special student populations who must come in prior to the start of Fall semester for training/planning purposes.

Our department will work to make  it possible for your students to check in early.

The rate for early check in is $8/day per student for every day prior to August 21, 2014.

To facilitate this process, we will need some important information from you regarding your group.

Please complete the information below and attach to this form your  completed early check in spreadsheet  roster (sent to you via email).

Please note that your proposed check in date is tentative until you have received email confirmation from our office that it is finalized.

We have established Sunday, August 17th from 12 pm - 3 pm and Monday , August 18th from 8am-12 pm  as a  "Special Group" Check in dates. If these dates work for your group, please select the date below.

If you find that you need to make revisions to your list of students, please make the revision to the initial list and resubmit the list in its entirety. All spreadsheets received must include all students from your group in need of early check in.

Deadline to request early check in is July 14, 2014 and all completed check in rosters must be received at least 10 business days prior to your early move in date(s).

This date is tentative until you have received notification from our office. The time of the check in will be established by our office and will be based on our training schedule.
This list is to include ONLY those students who are to move in early. We will need this completed list no later than 10 business days prior to your confirmed early check in date. Failure to provide accurate information will result in your student not being able to check in. Please use the spreadsheet provided to you via email with the link to this form.
