Linares 

Jasmin Linares, U.S. Army Veteran

Coordinator

    

      Jasmin Linares is the Coordinator for the Military Student Center at Austin Peay State University. She is an Army Veteran who served between 1996 and 2013, as an active duty and reserve soldier. She completed her Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science from Austin Peay State University. She started working for Austin Peay in 2007 as a Veteran Affairs Technical Clerk and then as a VA Counselor in 2012. In November of 2013 she assumed the duties of the Military Student Center Coordinator. She also serves as a member of the Military Education Task Force for Austin Peay State University. Her personal interests include traveling, watching movies, and spending time with her daughter and cats.

Donald Koenes , USMC Retiree

Graduate Assistant

     Donald Koenes is a Graduate Assistant at the Military Student Center. He served on active duty in the U.S Marine Corps  from 1988 - 2008 as a law office manager.He is currently persuing a Master's in Management degree. He has worked at the Military Student Center since June 2013. His interest include balloon twisting and travel. 


 

John L. Hill III, U.S. Army Retiree

VA Work Study

    

     John L. Hill III is a Veterans Administration Work Study at the Military Student Center. He has served in the U.S Navy and has retired from the U.S. Army. He has worked at the Military Student Center since May 2016.  He is currently pursuing a Computer Science and Information Technology degree in database administration and network security. His interest include video games, reading, watching movies, cooking, fishing and Hunting.


 

Nyesha Ballard

VA Work Study

    Nyesha Ballard is a Veterans Administration Work Study at the Military Student Center at Austin Peay State University. She is a business major with a concentration in Marketing and Minor in Journalism. Her father has served nineteen years in the United States Army and continues to serve. Her interests include reading, writing, cooking, and traveling. 


 

Clayborne

Brianna J. Clayborne, U.S. Army Veteran

VA Work Study

    Brianna Clayborne is a Veteran Administration work study. She served in the United States Army from 2010 to 2014. She is currently majoring in chemistry with a concentration in Forensic Biochemistry. Her interests are football, traveling, playing pool, bowling and spending time with her husband and son. 


   

Grubbs

Wesley Grubbs III, U.S. Army Veteran

VA Work Study


    Wesley Grubbs III is a Veterans Administration Work Study at the Military Student Center. He served on active duty in the U.S Army from 1999 – 2005 and Tennessee National Guard from 2005-2009 as a Medium Helicopter Mechanic. He is currently a social work major. He has worked at the Military Student Center since Apr 2015.  His interest include spending quality time with his children and wife, fishing, hunting, as well as volunteering his time assisting the Clarksville Foster Care Association, and the Student Veterans Organization.


   


Joshua Reynolds, U.S. Army Veteran

VA Work Study

     Joshua Reynolds is a Veterans Administration Work Study at the Military Student Center. He currently serves in the Army the as a Wheeled- Vehicle Mechanic. He is currently a Business major. He has worked at the Military Student Center since March 2016.  His interest include video games, reading, and watching movies, cooking, and hanging with friends. He is currently a member of the APSU ROTC. 


   

Allison Inge, U.S. Army Veteran

VA Work Study

     Allison Inge is a Veterans Administration Work Study at the Military Student Center at Austin Peay State University. She has been serving in the Army National Guard since 2007. She is a History major pursuing a minor in Classical civilizations. She is also a member of the Red River Sirens non-profit roller derby team and her interests include fishing, hiking, and museum exploration.
