Internships and REUs
Many of our majors
participate in summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates(REUs), most recently
doing mathematical modeling at University of Arizona or physics at the
University of Las Vegas. These invaluable opportunities help students
choose career paths, prepare for graduate school, and meet new friends with
common interests from across the country. In addition, the
Presidential Research Scholars program at Austin Peay typically funds up to
seven students each year to work on undergraduate research with an Austin
Peay faculty mentor. |
