Contract Services

Administration of APSU contracts has moved from the Office of Procurement to the Office of Legal Affairs. Legal Affairs now reviews, drafts, and executes documents and contracts related to APSU business affairs. On this site, you will find policies and procedures for effective contract management. You can download or print forms/templates for various types of contracts. You will also find helpful links and commonly asked questions about Contract Services. All contract request are processed through Govs eShop per APSU Policy 4:002.

What law? In Tennessee, our set of state laws is collectively called the, “Tennessee Code Annotated” (T.C.A).  A link to T.C.A. can be found here: http://www.tsc.state.tn.us/Tennessee%20Code

What is a Contract? A contract is a binding agreement between two or more parties legally enforceable by law.

 

All contract requests are initiated through Govs e-Shop on the appropriate routing form.
