Take all of these courses in Spanish (15 hours)

SPAN 2010____ Intermediate Spanish I (3 credit hours)
SPAN 2020____ Intermediate Spanish II (3)
SPAN 3310____ Introduction to Hispanic Linguistics (3)
SPAN 3210____ Advanced Composition in Spanish (3)
SPAN 3220____ Phonetics and Conversation in Spanish (3)

Take one set of the following Spanish civilization and literature courses (15 hours)

SPAN 3510____ Spanish Civilization (3)
SPAN 3520____ Spanish Civilization II (3)
SPAN 4320____ Sociolinguistics and Dialectology of Spanish (3)
SPAN 4510____ Survey of Spanish Peninsular Literature I (3)
SPAN 4520____ Survey of Spanish Peninsular Literature II (3)

or

SPAN 3610____ Spanish-American Civilization I (3)
SPAN 3620____ Spanish-American Civilization II (3)
SPAN 4320____ Sociolinguistics and Dialectology of Spanish (3)
SPAN 4610____ Survey of Spanish American Literature I (3)
SPAN 4620____ Survey of Spanish American Literature II (3)

Take a series of two courses in an additional foreign language (6-8 semester hours):

FREN, GERM, LATN, or GREK 1010-1020 (Beg. Series) 4+4

or

FREN, GERM, LATN, or GREK 2010-2020 (Intermed. Series) 3+3
