On campus and abroad, our programs will allow you to gain knowledge of the world, experience with intercultural education and the skill set you will need to succeed in an international society.

Study-Abroad Photo Contest

APSU wants to see the world through your eyes! The 2011 Study-Abroad Photo Contest will provide an opportunity for you to share your experiences abroad with other APSU students, faculty and staff. If you have great photos from your time abroad, then you could win extra spending cash! Submission deadline:  Sept. 2, 2011.  Notice!  This deadline has been extended to Sept. 6, 2011!  Study-Abroad Photo Contest Application

Study-Abroad Fair

Come learn more about your opportunities to study abroad in the expo-type event.  Meet program faculty and past participants, enjoy free international cuisine and enter in our great doorprize giveaways, including $1,000 toward an APSU study-abroad program.  Monday, September 12, 2011, 5-7:30 p.m., MUC Ballroom

April Events

APSU Study-Abroad Orientation

This is an orientation for those who have applied for and been accepted to study abroad for summer 2012.  This is mandatory for participants of both CCSA programs and non-CCSA programs.  Tuesday, April 3, 2012, 9:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m., MUC 305 OR Wednesday, April 4, 2012, 2:45 p.m.-5:15 p.m., MUC 305.  If this conflicts with your work or class schedule, an alternate time will be set up for you.

CCSA Orientation

This is a mandatory orientation for those who have applied for and been accepted to study abroad with a CCSA program during summer 2012.  Attending both the CCSA Orientation and the APSU Study-Abroad Orientation (see above) are required. Thursday, April 26, 2012, 2:15 - 5 p.m., MUC 103C

Global Govs Recognition Banquet

International students and study-abroad participants are eligible to receive friendship pins or graduation stoles at the Global Govs Recognition Banquet.  Please email internationaled@apsu.edu for information and to RSVP.  The banquet will be Monday, April 23, 2012, from 5 - 7 p.m.
