Admission Requirements

Documents Required for Admission

  • Application for admission
  • $25 application fee
  • Official transcripts from all colleges attended 
  • Official acceptable GRE scores or Miller Analogies Test score
  • Military documents, if applicable

Regular Admission

To be admitted, an applicant must meet requirement A or requirement B:

A: A bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.75 and

  1. A minimum GRE verbal score of 142 for GRE taken after Aug. 1, 2011 OR (GPA x 100) + GRE [Verbal] > 600 for GRE taken prior to August 1, 2011.
  2. A minimum GRE quantitative score of 139 for GRE taken after Aug. 1, 2011 OR (GPA x 100) + GRE [Quantitative] > 600 taken prior to August 1, 2011.

B: A bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.75 and a minimum score of 383 on the Miller Analogies Test.


Conditional Admission

An applicant may be granted conditional admission status if he/she submits unofficial documents for review and meets the criteria for regular admission. However, all official documents must be received by the 10th day of classes for main campus and sixth day of classes for Fort Campbell and Highland Crest in Springfield. If <span >official documents are not received, all classes will be dropped.

Denied Status

Applicants who do not meet the regular or conditional criteria for admission will be denied admission to the <span >program.
