Regular part-time employees receive benefits where applicable on a pro-rated basis equal to the percentage of their employment compared to full-time employment.

You and/or your dependent(s) are not insured under another group medical plan; unless the employee or dependent enrolls in another group medical plan that has a pre-existing condition clause and the employee or dependent has a pre-existing condition that is not covered by the other group plan.
