Deferred Compensation Plans

Employees can make contributions to a 403(b) tax deferred annuity or contributions to the State of Tennessee Deferred Compensation Program which allows an employee to participate in a 401(k) plan. Contributions are made on a salary reduction basis and are not taxed until they are withdrawn. Employees can begin participating in either program at any time.
