Why Live on Campus?

Statistics show that resident students:

  • are more satisfied with their college experience

  • have higher GPAs

  • are more successful at completing their degrees

  • have better social skills

  • have greater contact with faculty

  • feel like part of the campus community

Residence hall life adds a special dimension to your college experience.  Studies show campus residents average higher grades and are better adjusted socially.  As a liberal arts university, it is our goal to help you succeed in life, not just in class.

Applying is easy! Simply complete an application and mail into the Office of Housing, Residence Life and Dining Services with a $200 pre-payment.

University Residency Policy

All freshmen who do not commute from the home of a parent or legal guardian are required to live in the University residence halls. All freshman under the age of 21 who decide not to stay on campus will need to complete a Freshman Residency Form and return it to Housing/Residence Life and Dining Services before the first day of classes.
