Austin Peay State University offers many different options for living on campus. From traditional to nontraditional student, each provides a community atmosphere to encourage your personal and academic growth.  All halls and apartments are designated as smoke-free. Click on the hall to go to the information page for the specific hall. Virtual tours and room layouts are available for most halls.


Traditional-Style Halls

Traditional-style halls are residence halls in which a student shares a living space with one other student, and they share restroom spaces with 1-3 other students.

Apartment-Living Options

Emerald Hill Floor Plans and Information

Students residing in private apartments will have private access to a private living space, restroom, and kitchen.

1 Bedroom:  $4080 per Semester per Student

1.5 Bedroom:  $4250 per Semester per Student

Students residing in shared-living apartments will have private access to a private living space, and they will share access to a kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1-3 other students.

Shared-Living Apartment (Triple):  $3590 per Semester per Student
Shared-Living Apartment (Double):  $3725 per Semester per Student

 

Hand Village Floor Plans and Information

Students residing in shared-living apartments in Hand Village will have access to a private living space. They will share access to a kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1-3 other students.

Shared-Living:  $4110 per Semester per Student

Meacham Apartments Floor Plan and Information

Students residing in private-living apartments in Meacham will have access to a private living space, and they will share access to a kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1-2 other students.

Private-Living:  $4270 per Semester per Student

Students residing in shared-living apartments in Meacham will share a living space with 1 student, and they will share access to a kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1-2 other students.

Shared-Living:  $3415 per Semester per Student

Two Rivers Apartments Floor Plan and Information

Students residing in shared-living apartments in Two Rivers will share a living space, kitchen, living room, and restroom with 1 student.

Meal Plans

All students living on campus MUST purchase a meal plan each semester.  Exceptions may be made for students residing in Emerald Hill or Two Rivers Apartments.

Students experience:

  • Unlimited cafeteria access when the dining hall is open
  • $350 declining balance/per semester
  • Meal Exchanges
  • 10 guest passes/semester

PRICE:  $2,455 per semester

14 Meals per Week

Students experience:

  • 14 meals per week in the dining hall
  • $350 declining balance/semester
  • Meal exchanges
  • 5 guest passes/semester.

PRICE:  $2,290 per semester

 
10 Meals per Week

Students experience:

  • 10 meals per week in the dining hall
  • $400 declining balance/semester
  • Meal exchanges
  • 5 guest passes/semester.

PRICE:  $2,055 per semester

Designed for students with inconsistent dining needs, students with the Block 75 plan receive 75 meals, a $525 declining balance/semester, and 1 meal exchange per day. First-year residential students are not eligible to select this meal plan.

PRICE:  $1,260 per semester

Designed for students with inconsistent dining needs, students with the Declining Balance Only plan receive a $1,115 declining balance/semester. First-year residential students are not eligible to select this meal plan.

PRICE:  $1,115 per semester
