2009-2010 Academic Year Housing Application (upcoming year)

All Austin Peay State University Housing applications must be submitted online.
 

• CURRENT SPRING 2009 RESIDENTS - must make $200 prepayment before you can retain your current bed space/hall/apartment for fall 2009 semester Click here to make payment.  Once processed, (within 3-5 business days) you can retain your current bed space/hall/apartment for fall 2009 during the following dates:

            Beginning at 12:01am on March 23

            March 24

            March 25

            Ending at 4:30pm on March 26

• CURRENT SPRING 2009 RESIDENTS (who failed to retain room during the above dates) - must make $200 prepayment before you can retain your current bed space/hall/apartment for fall 2009 semester Click here to make payment.  Once processed, (within 3-5 business days) you will be able to retain your room (only if available) as well as move to another bed space/hall/ apartment during the following dates:

           Beginning at 12:01 am on March 30

           March 31

           Ending at 4:30 pm on April 1

• All RESIDENTS - who have made prepayment can have access to all available rooms which will be open to everyone (new and current residents) to include incoming freshman and transfers during the following dates:

          Beginning at 12:01 am on April 6

          Ending at 4:30 pm on June 30

• INCOMING RESIDENTS – who has made application and prepayment can book a bed space and meal plan during open selection time of:

          Beginning at 12:01 am on April 6

          Ending at 4:30 pm on June 30

• Family/Non-Traditional Housing Application

Your housing application will be considered complete based upon:

completion of all required fields on the application and submission of any necessary support documentation,

your review and acknowledgment of the contractual information by clicking CONTINUE on the Application Summary page,

your receipt of $200.00 housing prepayment. Deadline to receive a refund for housing prepayment is July 1, 2009,

--Online (after completing your application) use Visa, MasterCard, or Electronic Check. If application has been made and you need to make prepayment please Click here.

--faxing to the Business office at (931) 221-7475 authorizing the charge of a debit or credit to your Visa/MC.  Please include account number, amount of $200.  SPECIFY that it is for your residence hall application prepayment. Include your Student ID#.
