Check-In Schedule for Summer 2012

  • Maymester check in: 5/13 12 pm – 3pm
  • Summer 1/Full Summer check in: 6/3 noon – 3pm
  • Summer 2 check in: 7/8 noon – 3 pm

Check out for Summer 2012

  • Maymester check out: 6/2 12 pm – 3 pm
  • Summer 1 check out: 7/7 noon – 3 pm
  • Summer 2/Full summer check out: 8/11 time TBA

  • 8/23 8am - 3pm: Freshmen Only
  • 8/24 10am - 5pm
  • 8/25 10am - 5pm
  • 8/26 1pm - 5pm, 7pm - 9pm

Notification for Female Upperclassmen who have not yet been assigned a room:

Currently Housing for Hand Village, Meacham, Two Rivers or Marion Street Apartment for female is full, we have a waiting list according to when you have completed your housing application.

 Your bed selection will be made manually by the Housing office according to the waiting list, once we have any openings in Hand Village, Meacham, Two Rivers or Marion Street Apartments. As cancellations occur you will be manually assigned to the room that becomes available when we reach your name on the list. You will not have the option of waiting for a particular/different room to become available. We strongly encourage you to check your APSU email account on a daily basis regarding housing assignments.

 The prepayment refund deadline is July 1, 2012. If you need to cancel your application and want a refund, please fill out this online-form: Notice Cancellation Online-Form

All Incoming Freshmen & Transfer Students For Fall 2012:

You must complete the Housing online application available through your AP OneStop and pay the $200 prepayment (To receive a full refund, you must cancel your Housing reservation by July 1, 2012).  For more information, please click on the instructions link above. Incoming Freshmen general room selection process has begun and is first come first served.

If you are a Transfer student with 12 or more credit hours, you will be qualified to live in Upper Classmen Housing.
