Faculty/Staff Email - iPad, iPod Touch, iPhone

You must be connected to APFacStaff when setting up the email for the first time.

  1. Go to Settings. fes.jpg

  2. Tap ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’.

  3. Tap ‘Add Account…’.

  4. Tap ‘Microsoft Exchange’.

  5. Input the entire email address (jorgensonk@apsu.edu in this example) and the password. The description can say whatever you want to identify this account. Tap ‘Next’.

  6. Choose what is to be synced. DO NOT SYNC CONTACTS. This will sync with the entire APSU address book. Tap ‘Save’.

  7. Find the account in the list and tap its name.

  8. Tap the account name.

  9. Change the server to owa.apsu.edu. Leave ‘Domain’ blank. Tap ‘Done’.

  10. Tap ‘Done’ again.
