The Clean Access Agent is required to be installed on all Windows ResNet computers in order to gain Internet access. This piece of software will verify that Anti-Virus software is installed and up to date. Failure to comply will result in the inability to connect to any network/Internet resource using the APSU residential network. If you use any other device that connects to any APSU network resource or the Internet, you will need to contact the Computer Helpdesk at x4357 to setup a time for a technician to assist you with this matter.

1.  The first time your internet browser is opened, you will be prompted to login to the following website using your APSU account.  (Same as your APMail account)

2.  You will see the following screen.  You must click "Download Clean Access Agent 4.x.x.x".
