AP Self Service

When logging in to AP Self Service (aka: Web Self Service):

• User ID:  Which is the user identification number provided to you by the university, the number begins with an "A" followed by 8 digits - ex. A********

You may contact the Registrar’s Office at 931-221-7121 if you do not know what you’re A******** is.

• PIN:  This is initially your 6 digit birth date (mmddyy). You will immediately be required to change your PIN number. It must be a 6-digit, numeric PIN.
• Please note that if you change your PIN Number for AP Self Service and forget it, you must contact the Registrar’s Office to have it changed back. This is for student security. They may be reached at (931) 221-7121 or at http://www.apsu.edu/records/.
