Welcome to the Help
Desk!
The Help Desk provides the first
point of contact to the University for computing, networking,
hardware/software, PC, Macintosh and printer problems. The Help Desk
staff assists University students, faculty, and staff with
computing and networking problems; works with other technical
groups and the Office of Information Technology to resolve more
complex problems; develops documentation; issues computer
accounts; as well as prepares and distributes informational and
promotional materials. Can't find what you're looking for?
Send along your questions or suggestions and we'll route them to
the person with the answer. Please send an e-mail to

Help Desk has moved
The Office of Information Technology Help Desk has moved from
the Browning Building to 322 Ford Street. Contact phone numbers
and email addresses will remain the same. While this location is
not as centrally located as previously there is now parking near
the Help Desk to accommodate visitors. If you need attention
from the Help Desk, please contact us at 221-4357 or
helpdesk@apsu.edu.
