Lance Sherley, DO

Dr. Sherley is our sponsoring physician. He is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Sherley attended the University of Memphis (undergraduate), University of North Texas Science Center in Ft. Worth, TX (medical school) and did his residency in Dallas, TX. He came to APSU in Fall of 2000. He is married and has three children.

Dan Miller, MD 

Jill deGraauw, FNP

Jill received her Bachelor of Nursing from Austin Peay and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt. Jill is married and has two children.

Kristy Reed, FNP

Kristy received her Bachelor of Nursing from Austin Peay and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing.  She is married and has three children.

Lisa Hall, LPN

Lisa has been at APSU since 1994. She handles all immunizations and allergy injections, phlebotomy and labs. Prior to coming to APSU, Lisa had 6 years experience at the Emergency Room at Gateway Medical Center. She has one son.

Annette Marks, DPh

Annette graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Pharmacy. She has also worked with Warren's Apothecary for 44 years and is now working at Town and Country Pharmacy. She has been married for 44 years.

Donna Lucas, Technical Clerk

Donna started at APSU as a student in 1996. She became our part-time secretary in Fall of 2000. She is originally from Trinidad, West Indies. She obtained her degree in Health Care Management in the Spring of 2002. She is married and has two children.

Leslie Nelson, Medical Program Facilitator

Leslie has been at APSU since 1986. She has a BS in Criminal Justice. She is married and has two children.
