Program Description
The Hispanic Cultural Center's Graduation Recognition Ceremony started as a small celebration organized by the Austin Peay Hispanic Alumni Chapter. Today, the program has expanded to recognize students and their parents, family, and significant others who have contributed to student's success at APSU. The HCC Graduation Recognition ceremony aims to celebrate students' personal success and academic achievement in the spirit and the tradition of Hispanic culture.
In addition to the below information, August and December graduates are invited to stop by MUC 213 or stop by the HCC table at Grad Finale (March 4th from 2pm to 6pm and March 5th from 10am to 2pm) in the MUC Ballroom.
Important Program Dates
Eligibility
Students eligible to participate:
a) Non-Hispanic students who are actively involved in the HCC which is tracked by attendance at HCC events OR
b) Spanish majors and minors OR
c) Hispanic students at APSU
If you are graduating in 2013 (May or August), we encourage your participation by completing this form by April 5, 2013. After you complete this registration form, you will receive additional information about the HCC graduation recognition ceremony. In order to guarantee your place in the graduation recognition ceremony, we need your reservation no later than: April 5.
