Overview
The B.S.P.S. program applies credit hours
you’ve earned through an associate degree program – or at
another university – toward the 120 credit hours required
for the B.S.P.S. You complete the remaining credit hours
during 10 five-week terms.
Each term, you’ll take one class online and one class
through Live Classroom – a virtual classroom that allows for
face-to-face interaction via the Web. If you cannot take
part in the Live Classroom session as it occurs, you can
download the lecture and listen at your convenience.
Your coursework will prepare you to take on leadership roles
in a variety of settings. You’ll complete all courses with a
group (cohort) of no more than 20 students. Between terms,
you will have a one- or two-week break.
Eligibility
This program is designed for students who have earned an
Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.), Associate of Arts
(A.A.) or Associate of Science (A.S.) degree at a
community college or accredited technical school. The
B.S.P.S. also is ideal for students who have
earned many credits from accredited colleges and
universities, but have never completed a bachelor’s
degree.
