karate, judo, skydiving, or other activities in which
risk in incurred. Austin Peay State University, as an
agency of the State of Tennessee, is not liable for
claims resulting from injury and/or death incurred in
such participation. All claims should be filed with the
Tennessee Claims Commission. Forms for such claims may
be obtained in the University Affirmative Action Office.
