New Peer Mentor Applicant Reference Form

You have been selected to complete a reference for a student who is applying to serve as a Peer Mentor. Each section of APSU 1000 is supported by a successful student. These students attend all class meetings, support the APSU 1000 instructors, and, just as the title describes, are mentors for the students in their classes. Peer Mentors are required to have a 3.0 cumulative GPA, and at least two faculty/staff recommendation. Please complete the reference form below by Sunday February 9, 2014 to assist the requesting student in the application process.  Applicants are not considered without at least two references.  Thank you!
