Fee Deferment Request

Last day to confirm classes before drop for non-confirmation/non-payment in Fall is August 14th. Fee deferment requests received by midnight on August 12th will be reviewed and completed before the August 14th drop date. 

Students whose verification documentation is received and is waiting review will have an online fee deferment option in AP Onestop. Please complete the online fee deferment request before you submit this request.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be processed. In other words, if your request is received on a Friday it may not be reviewed until Wednesday of the following week.

I authorize Austin Peay State University to deduct from my financial aid award any charges due by me for the term specified. I hereby acknowledge that I am personally responsible for these charges if for any reason my award is not finalized. My grades, transcripts, and future registration will be withheld until this deferment is paid in full. I further understand that if I drop classes or withdraw from school, I will be subject to university and Title IV repayment and refund policies. I agree to pay any balance due the university not covered by financial aid. Should the balance remain unpaid for more than 90 days, I understand the balance will be turned over to a collection agency and I will be responsible for all costs associated with such action. This deferment is for the account balance due at the time of this deferment.

I understand this deferment and my fees are only deferred and not paid. I further understand a fee deferment will not be an option for me in future enrollments.

I understand it is my responsibility to accept my financial aid awards on APSU OneStop and to fulfill any outstanding requirements.
