Atlas of Amphibians in Tennessee
A historical summary of the study of amphibians in Tennessee.  The environmental setting of the state is described in terms of physiography, climate, drainages, soils, vegetation, and eco-regions.  Distribution maps are provided for 21 species of frogs and 45 species of salamanders.  Accompanying each map are short narratives on the species' distribution, ecology, and taxonomy.  Questionable and erroneous species reports are also discussed.

Atlas of Reptiles in Tennessee
A summary of the study of reptiles in Tennessee, including environmental settings for the state being described. Distribution maps are in the process of being developed with short narratives on each species included in the study.

American Ordnance Grant - Amphibians & Reptiles
This project involves the development and implementation of a program intended to monitor the fluctuations in aquatic and terrestrial amphibians and reptiles in and around the Milan Army Ammunition Plant in Milan, Tennessee.  The goal of the study is to gather sufficient long-term data to make a reliable determination regarding the overall health of the herpetofauna and of the various species that are part of it.
