Courses completed in the Regents Online Degree Programs are entirely online in an asynchronous 24 / 7 format and transferable among all the participating institutions.

Students are able to select the technology center, college, or university of their choice (home school) for their admission, registration, and the award of their certificates, diplomas, or degrees.
