OSHA 10 TRAINING

You have the right to a safe workplace. The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH Act) was passed to require employers to provide their employees with working conditions that are free of known dangers. The OSHA training program was established to provide training for workers and employees in the areas of recognition, avoidance and prevention of safety and health hazards in the workplace.

Under the direction of an OSHA-certified trainer, the Center's OSHA 10 package offers your choice of  the 10 Hour OSHA Training Program for Construction or for General Industry. The OSHA10 programs are intended to provide an entry level construction worker’s general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards in the workplace.

To find out more about bringing certified OSHA 10 training to your facility, contact the Center at (931) 221-7816 or email us at exted@apsu.edu.
