(US $14,000 for nine months or US $16,000 for twelve months. At least an additional US $3,500 for your spouse and US $2,000 for each child per academic year.)
If applying for on-campus housing, submit housing
application and US $200 prepayment with this application.
Transfer students from another US school, college or university,
must enclose a Transfer Verification Release form and photocopies of
the I-20 form, I-94 form, US Visa page and passport information
page.
Official high school or college transcript in English;
an original provided by the institution
-- photocopies are not acceptable.
A certificate from a licensed physician or
other qualified medical authority certifying that you are free from
tuberculosis based on a chest x-ray or skin test.
Proof of two Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
immunizations.
A completed and signed
Health History form.

I-20 and VISA: An I-20 form (Certificates of Eligibility for F-1 visa) will be issued to international students who have been accepted by the ESL Institute. It is the responsibility of the student to use the I-20 form to apply for the F-1 student visa from the nearest U.S. Embassy.
A fee of $65 will be assessed to cover
express mail charges for the I-20 document and will be payable with
tuition and fees at the time of registration.
