II (Specialty test)
Required prior to completion of Milestone II:
*An undergraduate student may substitute an ACT of 22, or an SAT
of 1020. The test must be less than 5 years old and verification of
the score must be presented to the Certification Office.
Required prior to
passing Milestone III:
NOTE: Passing scores must be taken prior to being accepted for
Student Teaching.
For undergraduate students, the following test scores are
acceptable for Provisional Admission if they are not older than five
(5) years old. (Verification of these test scores is required.)

certification
NOTE: All cut-off scores reported on

printed. However, students should be aware that the State of
Tennessee/Kentucky regularly change cut-off scores and requirements.
The tests and/or cut-off scores in effect at the time of licensure
will be required.
