The East Montgomery Math Olympics is scheduled for Thursday, April 3 from 8:45 to 2:30 and Friday, April 4 from 8:45 to 11:00. If for some reason you become unable to meet the time you volunteered for, you must call the school (358-2868) to let them know that you will not be coming to help. If you decide to sign up late, you must call the school to let them know. Click here for the sign up list.
Directions to East Montgomery Elementary School: From the Browing Building (6th & College) take 6th Street awary from campus. Turn left on Madison Street (away from downtown). You will pass the hospital on your left at the corner of Madison and Memorial. You will pass Barksdale Elementary about 1 mile on your right then go through 3 traffic lights. The third light will be at the intersection with K-Mart, Wendy's, and Food Lion. Continue on Madison Street for about 2 more miles. McAdoo Creek Rd. is on the right directly across Madison from Sango Road. Turn right onto McAdoo Creek Rd. The school will be nearly immediately on your right--just past a fire station. The address is 230 McAdoo Creek Road and their phone number is 358-2868.
