Remember to submit your Accommodation Request Form after you register for classes

If you receive alternative format text books, please submit your request form as soon as possible after you register.  Requests for alternative format books must be made in a timely manner prior to when the materials are needed. Submitted requests will be created/distributed within a reasonable time period upon receipt of request. Requests for BOOKS should be made EIGHT WEEKS prior to date needed for timely delivery. ALL Class and Book information must be provided before we can process this request.  You can download a from at http://www.apsu.edu/disability/forms and email it to us. If you need assistance contact our office.  

The APSU Community is invited to attend an Open Orientation to Assistive Technology   

  • All APSU Community AT Orientations will be held for one hour in the ODS AT Lab MUC 114 at the following dates and times:

  ODS T-Shirt Design Contest


Design the Disability Awareness t-shirt for this year. This event is open to all APSU students! Design Deadline: Friday, March 24th in Office of Disability Services MUC 114Winning Design: Will be chosen by popular vote amongst students, faculty, and staff. Voting will be held Tuesday March 28thin the UC Lobby. Forms will be availablein MUC 114 and the UC Lobby On Friday March 17th! A prize will be awarded for the winning design. The contest winner will be notified by March 31, 2017.
