"Changing Minds, Changing Lives" Capital Campaign

On May 3, 2003, Austin Peay State University announced it was kicking off the public phase of its first-ever capital campaign in the University's 75+ year history.

The initial goal of the "Changing Minds, Changing Lives" campaign was $15 million, although $10 million had been raised at the time of the public kickoff!  This initiative lasted for five years, and donations were accepted through March 31, 2008.  Individuals were able to choose to give to any area of the University they desired. 

On March 31, 2008 the Capital Campaign was closed with a grand total of

$39,475,943
