Intercollegiate Athletics
Through unrestricted support of the athletic program, the donor is providing immediately expendable funds toward areas of greatest need. Additionally, gifts can be directed toward a specific sport or team. Donors of $50 or more are eligible for membership in, and the benefits of, the Governors Club, the University's athletics booster organization.

Annual Giving Campaign for Scholarships
The Foundation also has accepted the leadership, along with the alumni board, of a special effort to enhance annual giving in support of academic scholarships.

Annual giving clubs have been established to recognize the contributions of the individuals, corporations and organizations who, through their annual gifts, provide ongoing support for the continual enhancement of the University.

  • The President's Society recognizes gifts of $1,000 or more at four giving levels.  These gifts enable the University to pursue a level of excellence not otherwise possible.

  • The Ziegler Circle - $10,000 or more    The Ziegler Circle, named for the founding president of Austin Peay, recognizes the visionary leaders who demonstrate their extraordinary level of commitment to the University through an annual contribution of $10,000 or more.

  • The Harvill Circle - $2,500 to $4,999     The Harvill Circle is named for one of Austin Peay's most beloved presidents, who led the University from 1946 to 1962.  It recognizes the commitment of those donors who contribute between $2,500 and $4,999 annually.
