CTL History
The Department of Education awarded a Title III grant to Austin Peay State University on October 1, 2008. The grant provides APSU with funds to improve and strengthen its academic quality, institutional management, and fiscal stability.
To facilitate these objectives, President Hall established the Title III Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). Title III CTL is developing a comprehensive approach to student success, offers new strategies to meet the needs of at-risk students, and supports comprehensive training for faculty and staff.
